OUR STORY
How Mori started
Finding good matcha in Lebanon wasn’t easy, especially in the Bekaa. Dietitian Samar Al Khoury started Mori to make the matcha she was looking for easier to find close to home.
HOW TO PREPARE
How to make an iced Mori latte
Sift
Sift 2g of Mori Matcha into a bowl to help prevent clumps.
Whisk
Add 60ml of water at around 80°C. Whisk briskly in an M shape until smooth and lightly foamy.
Pour
Fill a glass with ice and add 120ml of your favourite milk. Pour your matcha over the top.
Enjoy
Stir, taste, and adjust with a little more milk or your preferred sweetener.

How do I prepare Mori Matcha?
Sift about 2g into a bowl, add 60ml of warm water approximately 80°C, and whisk until smooth. Add your preferred milk or water and enjoy.
Which size should I choose?
Our 30g tin makes approximately 15 cups and is a lovely introduction to Mori. Our 50g tin makes approximately 25 cups and offers better value for regular matcha drinkers.
Serving estimates are based on 2g per cup. If you prefer a stronger cup, your tin will make fewer servings.
How should I store my matcha?
Keep your tin tightly closed, away from heat, light, moisture and strong smells. Always follow your product packaging instructions.
